Why are there loading screens on the video, and TV, sections? Why not just have those sections load, without said screens? ...just like the other sections.

There are several, technical reasons why we do this. However, the main reason, is: because the TV, and video, sections have the highest probability of users needing the search bar. These loading screens highlight said feature, making it much easier to access.
