First, always make sure that the volume is set to 50%, on both devices (TV set, and phone/tablet.)
If the volume is not the issue, you may be experiencing a very common problem – especially with most Samsung devices. This is how to fix it:
Go to: Settings > Sounds and Vibrations > Separate app sound > Turn on now > (Turn off)
The issue happens, because some manufacturers incorrectly assume that separating audio, from mirroring, by default, is a good idea. If you use another brand of phone/tablet, try to find: either a setting, or app, that may be isolating your audio, in this manner. If so, you may need to refer to your owner's manual. We can assure you that BitMar is not the source of the problem.
